Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coalition

Who We Are

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committees and coalitions are springing up all over our country. Cities and towns, corporations and community agencies are recognizing financial or other disparities among marginalized groups and are working to reduce or eliminate the gaps. A small group of Randolph residents got together to ensure our town is not left behind!

We are a non-partisan group of parents, small business owners, teachers, contractors, social workers, attorneys, artists, clergy, community activists, individuals with disabilities, and life-long learners who reflect the diversity of our town. We are from different racial, ethnic, religious and economic backgrounds. We speak and/or understand several languages and our families came to America from a variety of homelands. Some have been here for decades, while others are recent arrivals. What we have in common is the belief that our community will thrive through purposeful fostering of diversity, equity and inclusion. We want to work with your friends and neighbors who share the same belief, and we hope you will join us!
